Tree Adventure (Auckland, NZ)

Whoohoo~ This activity that we're going to do is going to be extremely fun and exciting!! It requires lotsa strength, energy, determination you name it. Am going to swing like a tarzan!! Alright, I'm going nuts since this is my very first time doing this. I've been craving for this in Malaysia and now, I have the chance to try in New Zealand. Awesome!!

Andy and Casley at Tree Adventure, AucklandIt's freezing cold since it's winter now
But surely we will get our bodies warmed up later
due to sweat blood over this adventure
Wearing unwanted cloth in dark colour as I worried that they will get stained ><

Tree Adventure logo
Here we are at Tree Adventure! Whee~

With the girls~ (Jiehuei, Nathalie and I)

The guys (Some are missing in this pic)

Me taking with darling's buddies, Vim and Allan

We did some basic practices before going higher on the trees

And a super low and short flying fox

Our first mission
Not too hard, just need to focus in your balancing

Looks easy but in fact not that easy to walk on that webby rope
My small feet could just penetrate through the rope and stuck in there easily

This is hard especially when the trunks keep shaking even though
you have try your best to stand steadily on it

This is pretty easy as the woods are tied tightly
Making it easy to walk on

Again, doing this.... I've change the way of doing this
They said it's easier for you to walk sideway like a crab for this
And yeah, you can say so ^^

Naughty darling was shaking the wooden bridge hard
Making Vim shouting all the way through the imbalance path

I'm having difficulty on climbing the webby rope
I'm exhausted after doing the previous courses and
my hands are painful grabbing tight on the rope to pull myself up

Darling challenged for self balancing, not bad huh

I find this hard to even walk on it and darling let go his hands when walking on it
Definitely a thumb up for this

Back to the ground after flying fox

And get up on higher level for next course
Arh, I'm born to love this kind of adventurous activity

Say hi to pretty Jiehuei

It's highhhhhhh

I dare not let go my hands
The woods just keep shaking!! Also, it's hard to step on another block of wood
Is it the distance or my short leg??? Grr~

Allan and Vim's attempts for flying fox
Okay, let's get ready for course 7

Last mission, U rope
This is damn hard (it looks super easy though)
You'll find out till you try it

I feel so relief after that
I'm very very exhausted
Feel no more strength in me and pain in my arms for using too much strength
My palm are red for grabbing too hard on the rope yet I enjoyed myself so much! xD

People find this one of the hardest obstacle (as you can see from above, LOL)
but surprisingly everyone is amazed that I can go through it smoothly
Proud of myself *evil laugh* xD

I'm glad that we all make it thorugh the entire 8 courses, YESSS!!!

Back to life

Well, this is a late update. Though exam is over 3 weeks ago and I'm here in Auckland for holiday, I feel obligated to blog about my uni life. I had lotsa fun with coursemates where everyday is an enjoyable day spent with them. I'm so grateful to have them and it was never been so enjoyable in my study life. Nevertheless, other than attending lectures, struggling for exam is a total disaster. Too many notes to be 'munched'. Too many reaction, drug's name, function, adverse effect etc to be memorised. I have FINALLY feel the tension of a pharmacy student, having thought now that it is really not easy to score. Hmm not hard to pass, but damn hard to score. Owh well, scratch those unpleasant sentense since the lifeless-studying-for-exam period is over for the moment, let's talk about something fun. Blogging this post far away from Malaysia makes me miss IMU a lot!

Caution: Bear with super silly pics and descriptions or leave! =P

With my IMU besties
Taken right after EOS exam
We can hardly smile "oh my, I can't believe we just finished our exam"
Should I smile since it ends
or should I be sad for the mistakes I made? Grrr....

Whatever, we are ready to have fun!
First - fill our poor hungry stomach
We came to my all time favourite restaurant ~ Madam Kwan's
Careen: I'm ready to makan! Hehe~

Xiao Ying: Hmm cannot.. I must pose as well..
You take fork and knife, I take chili and tomato!

ChenKun: Me? Salt and pepper!
Haha well, she's reluctant to take part in our
silly action while waiting for the meal to be served but....
the rest of us forced her to pose!!! *evil* xD

There were left with nothing that I can pose with
Luckily, there comes our drinks
Thus, for me, mango shake and apple juice(Careen's)!
Love the mango shake here to max!
Kinda pricey but worth it

This is their very first time dine in Madam Kwan's
Fortunately they are satisfied with my recommendation and enjoy the meal a lot
Careen~ fish and chip

Xiao Ying~ nasi lemak

ChenKun~ chicken chop

Me~ my all time fav, nasi lemak

Camwhore inside the ladies before movie (Fast anf Furious 5)
Take 1

Take 2
Silly ugly face ><

Take 3
My silly partner
Thank god she'll be going to Otago with me
Otherwise I'll be bored to death =P

Look how INTIMATE we are
All sharing a same drink
but.... different straws
silly action again =='
Look at how we marked our straws for differentiation purpose

Me and XiaoYing marked them by folding the straws and place
it one higher and one lower in position
Here, my silly partner came with an idea
Tying a knot with the straw
She has no idea what happen till I asked her to drink
Does she able to drink? Not a single sip of course!
So funny and cute lah wey

♥ the 4 besties ♥
Grateful to have you guys
Everyday is a LAUGHING day with you guys

Pirate of Carribean display at the center court of Mid Valley
I was impressed with the display especially the pirate ship Black Pearl
How can they build it? Awesome!

We wanted to watch Pirate instead of Fast 5 actually
but..... I wanna watch pirate in Auckland! xD
Anyway Fast 5 is damn nice
ChenKun and I keep wow-ing and laughing through the film

The treasure

Exhausted due to hanging out right after exam + days of burning midnight oil

Careen: Caught red handed!!
Me: No picha, no picha!

Owh I'm holding his hand
Looks creepy

Put on jewellery for him ><

Met IMU coursemates and group pic taken
See you guys next sem
Arh, gotta enjoy the holiday as much as we can

p/s: post about auckland will be up soon! Stay tuned peeps!

This is more than William-Kate's fairy tale wedding!!

A video on facebook shared by my friend caught my eye. But I realised it's just one part of it. When I searched for it, I found there's something HUGE happened behind this and there are 3 parts of it. I've shared the links here, hope you guys love it. Girls, if you ever experience the same situation, for sure you will cry like hell like how Nikki did. Aww I enjoyed this 94377324924 times more than Prince William and Princess Kate's wedding. It's so much more magnificient than all other famous Hollywood celebrities.

I've always love flash mob ever since I get to know it in the newspaper many years ago. I still remember the flash mob which was reported to come along suddenly and scream in front of Mc Donalds (location/country -- forgotten) and then left as if nothing has happened. For that moment, I feel like wow, thats fun (childish me) and I would definitely give it a try if I have the chance. I never know the idea of flash mob went so big like what you can see here. I love the way they do it with PASSION, regardless of race. Even though they aren't doing it for you and get no pay for what they've done, but you can still see people willing to learn the dance at home, spend their time to doing this. I, as an audience, feel so much joy in front of my lappie. It's really really great!!! Many thumbs up!!

p/s: I can't stop aww-ing and clap my hands while watching the videos. Haha darling and baby casual were having fun watching it too! All the best to Justin and Nikki, toast! =)

I saw some bad comments about Nikki which quite a few numbers of people complaining she's fat. OMG whatever she looks does not matter with you okay? You're not the one who's marrying her. What I think is fairy tale does not have to be neccessarily a handsome good looking man and gorgeous attractive lady, right?

In Love with the Sky

The most beautiful rainbow I've ever seen in Malaysia
I've always complain how rare to see rainbow here
but gladly I feel 'granted' somehow before my departure

A very good morning
Love the weather
I'm glad to have my exam done 3 days ago
and I'm so so ready to go for my holiday

Take 2 of beautiful sun rise
I'm going to miss the warmth here, perhaps.... =P

My first destination, Ambassador Transit Hotel @ Changi Airport
I've been terrified with the word Changi ever since
I watched the thriller 'Old Changi Hospital'
A lame thriller which able to frighten me where
I still remember how the ghost popped out in the screen xD

After settling my belongings in the transit hotel,
first thing to do is definitely to contact my family and bf
Since this is my first time having flight transit and alone somemore
Nevertheless, just like how I travel last winter, I seem enjoying 'flying' alone

Cari makan and spotted O'Briens
My SUPER favourite
But I resist the temptation (as I'll have lotsa chance of having
western food in the coming 1 month time)

Instead, I had chicken rice!!!
For sure, I'm going to miss Malaysia foods(not forget to mention, mum's cook too)!!

Back to hotel for some rest
My first time transit, and it's for 10 hours!!
So now you see, I have no choice but to waste $68 for a stay of 6 hours *sigh*

Indeed, it's very clean and comfy

Look at Mr.Casual, so relaxing lying on the bed
While me, I'm kinda.. you know.. think too much.. of those 'thing'
Haha can't blame, even a guy may feel so if they travel far alone and have to stay in hotel

But I'm more than happy to challenge myself *enjoy it*
People see cars in the car park out of their window
As for me, I have airplane parking right in front of my window
Owh how sarcastic

This room has one advantage as in compared to the budget room
Own shower and bath tub
Ish I'm still not ready for backpack style alone, for now

The tireness couldn't be recovered
I've been so busy hanging out with IMU coursemates and
packing within these 3 days after the EOS exam
But we are all happy that we have finished the exam, DAMN HAPPY
*tears* study Pharmacy and working at the same time isn't really easy

I've no idea how's our KLIA, but what I'm sure is Changi airport is uber BIG
and you have complete facilities here
Lotsa comfy couches are available
Feeling secure.. is what I need when I travel alone

Tv lounge

If I ever knew they provide this, I would have save the money
of buying extra baterries for my cell phone

Okay, that's all for the rainforest lounge

My dinner, curry chicken rice which doesn't seem like it

Orange juice stolen by Casual

As well as KitKat

Night view from the above
I shouldn't be sitting on the aisle seats anymore, what a waste

I have a truly GREAT night on the plane
My first time ever to see the night sky almost like this
Stars aren't that big and compact but are so visible
And as others said, they don't twink!!!
This pic is stolen from the abseiling adventure I had on last winter
(As I'm having exactly the same feeling, AMAZING)
I feel so blessed to see double rainbow and a sky fulled with thousands/millions of stars in one day
AND........ I saw meteor!!! No lies at all!!!
Can you imagine how excited I am? *grateful*

Had my breakfast, still fulled with excitement

Sun rise again

I become more emo after EOS exam
A lil tiny thing would touches my heart

Casual baby is enjoying the sky view

While me, reading Secret the Power

Gonna reach NZ in no time

Ahem, the weather isn't that good huh?
Drizzling......

But..... Auckland welcomed me with rainbow!!! xD
Love rainbow to max!!

Here the 3 lil family members united once again
The only difference, I have more and more acne after EOS exam, ish!

Glad to be here again
Till then, will update more often in this winter holidays =)
